Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
On your Apple device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VPN 2026. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms and applicable law. Deleting the app or requesting data deletion does not cancel billing. Open Apple subscription settings.
I paid, but premium is missing. What should I do?
Check that the subscription is active in Apple’s subscription settings and that you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Reopen the app and use its purchase restoration option. Do not buy a second subscription to restore an existing purchase. If access is still missing, contact [email protected] with the app version and a redacted Apple order reference. Never send passwords or full payment details.
Can I request a refund?
For an Apple-billed purchase, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews eligibility under its terms and local consumer law. A refund request does not by itself cancel future renewals; manage the subscription separately. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights. Request a refund from Apple.
